3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.
We accept payments through secure gateways such as UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India (and internationally, if specified).
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days within India. International orders may take longer.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.
For damaged/defective products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
